The following Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement (the “Agreement”) between you as the (“Client”) and Poppin Picnics (“Poppin picnics”) (“we”, “us”). The contained terms and conditions apply to your engagement of us for our Services. By paying your initial deposit you signify that you agree with these terms and conditions.



Receive 100 % refund


A 50 percent refund of full amount will be offered for cancellations of personal reasons or in the event of forecasted inclement weather


NO REFUND will be given for change of mind ( this is due to securing your time and date thus denying other customers)


Ahh the weather, the one thing that is out of our control! Don’t fear there are always options. We work with you in every way that we can to resolve weather predicaments. 

Under no circumstances will Poppin Picnics proceed with set up in an unprotected location if wet weather occurs or is likely forecasted.

OPTION 1: you are free to postpone the event free of further charge on one occasion and one occasion only provided you give 24 hours notice. Keep in mind the rescheduled date is subject to availability.

OPTION 2: Relocation of venue or hiring of a marquee, we are passionate about working alongside you to source a protected undercover venue or a wet weather solution. If relocation is preferred, we require the venue be preapproved by us to ensure suitability re accessibility and feasibility re scheduling. If the location is based outside of our servicing areas, please be advised further delivery charges will occur.

OPTION 3: Receive a gift voucher for the full amount provided 24 hours notice is given. This credit can be used for a future picnic with an expiry date of 12 months from issue.

Refunds will not be issued on the grounds of wet weather due to dates being held thus denying other bookings.


Each booking is permitted to reschedule once only with no extra charge.

We require 5 days notice, however if you are required to reschedule due to wet weather 24 hours is acceptable.

Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will result in a rescheduling fee.

No compensation will be provided for cancelling a rescheduled date despite giving adequate notice.


Patrons are liable to cover the costs inclusive of cleaning services or the purchase of goods at full retail price in the event of any damages of property or missing property post picnic inspection.


We do not supply alcohol, as presently there is no license that caters to this type of industry.


Poppin Picnics takes no responsibility for any resulting sickness due to a failure in stating recommended consumption, ingredients &/or allergen warnings.


Direct bank transfer is the preferred method however we also accept PayPal. 50 % deposit of the full sum is required at the time of booking and the remaining sum is due no later than 48 hours prior to the event. We encourage initial full sum of payment.


An $150.00 BOND is required to secure all inventories are returned damage free, upon return the $150.00 bond will be refunded in full to customers preferred bank account immediately and should appear within a matter of working days. Times may vary depending on which bank you are with.


The graphics, logos, business name, trademarks (whether registered or not), advertisements on any of Poppin picnics platforms are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

If images or information from Poppin Picnics are shared on social media platforms including but not limited to Pinterest, Instagram or Facebook, they must be credited and linked back to Poppin picnics.

If images of an event styled and catered by Poppin picnics is shared on social media platforms including but not limited to Pinterest, Instagram or Facebook, Clients or said person are encouraged to provide credit to Poppin picnics.
