Our romantic picnic starts from $320 (excl. GST) for styling only, or $385 (excl. GST) with catering included. Both include full styling, florals, setup and pack down at your chosen Sydney location.
Every romantic picnic includes premium rugs and cushions, a low table, full table styling with candles and décor, crockery, cutlery, glassware, napery, a fresh floral arrangement and a champagne bucket with ice. The catering package also includes a mixed cheese and charcuterie platter.

Our curated Sydney location guide is sent exclusively to confirmed bookers once your deposit has been received. It features our favourite hand-picked picnic spots — each selected for scenery, accessibility and ambiance.
Yes — you're welcome to select from our curated guide or suggest your own spot, subject to approval. We'll confirm suitability and any permit requirements before your booking is finalised. Contact us to discuss.
The $320 styling-only package includes everything except food — full décor, florals, crockery and glassware. The $385 catering package adds a mixed cheese and charcuterie platter. Both packages are identical in styling quality.
We recommend booking at least 5–7 days in advance. For weekend dates and peak periods, 2–3 weeks ahead is ideal. Last-minute bookings may be possible — contact us to check availability.
We monitor weather conditions closely. If the weather is unsuitable we'll contact you to reschedule at no additional cost. Your perfect date night is worth waiting for.
Yes — photography, live acoustic music, a Bluetooth speaker, umbrella and fairy lights are all available as optional extras. Select them when completing your booking or contact us to discuss.
Each romantic picnic experience is 2 hours. Extensions may be possible subject to availability — let us know when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate.
