Catering Questions
Catering is entirely optional and can be added to any picnic package or omitted if you prefer to bring your own. Simply select your preferred catering option when completing your booking. Our picnic catering menu includes grazing platters, grazing tables, brunch, lunch, kids menus and salads — all delivered and set up at your Sydney location.
Absolutely. You're welcome to bring your own food and beverages. Please note we clear food remnants from our own plates and serving ware only — all food packaging, containers and leftover food remain the client's responsibility to remove from the location at the end of the picnic.
We do not supply alcohol due to licensing regulations, however you are very welcome to BYO. Please note we do not dispose of alcohol bottles or cans — all BYO alcohol must be removed from the site by the client at the conclusion of the picnic.
Yes. We're happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal and kosher requirements. Please advise us of any dietary needs at the time of booking and we will tailor your menu accordingly. Get in touch if you'd like to discuss specific requirements before booking.
In most cases yes — catering can be added after your initial booking, subject to availability and sufficient notice. We recommend adding catering as early as possible, particularly for larger groups or specific dietary requirements. Contact us to discuss adding catering to an existing booking.
We clear all food remnants from our own plates and serving ware as part of our standard pack-down. We do not dispose of BYO alcohol bottles or cans — these must be removed by the client. All food packaging, trays and leftover food from BYO catering also remain the client's responsibility to remove from the location.
