We currently offer Barbie, Dinosaur, Fairy, Frozen, Moana, Superhero, Teddy Bear (Pink or Blue), Unicorn and Butterfly themed picnic parties. We are always looking to expand our collection — if you have a particular theme in mind please get in touch.
Our kids picnic party packages start at $45 per child with a minimum spend of $450 excl. GST. This includes full themed styling, tableware, florals, setup and pack down. Optional extras including catering, entertainment and games are available to add on.
In the event of wet weather we can explore a number of options including relocating the picnic to a suitable undercover location, moving the event to your home (provided it is within our service area and accessible for set up), rescheduling to a new date, or issuing a credit valid for future use.
Absolutely. We love bringing unique ideas to life. Custom themes may incur additional fees where specialised décor or new inventory items need to be sourced to achieve your vision.
For styling and set up only, a minimum spend of $450.00 excl. GST is required. For picnic party catering, a minimum of 4 children applies.
Yes. We can recommend a variety of family-friendly picnic locations throughout Sydney, taking into consideration open parklands, playground facilities, nearby toilets, shade, parking availability and overall suitability for children. Our curated location guide is sent to confirmed bookers after deposit.
