Our couples picnic setup starts from $320 + GST, or from $385 + GST with catering included. Proposal picnic setups start from $500 + GST (from $550 + GST with catering). Group picnics for 10 or more guests are $60 per person + GST. For groups under 10, pricing starts from a $370 minimum call-out fee — view all packages or enquire here.

We can often accommodate same-day bookings, especially midweek — all enquiries are subject to availability and location. In spring and summer we recommend booking up to 4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. Enquire now to check availability.

We service the Lower North Shore, Sydney CBD, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and Northern Beaches. You're welcome to choose any location within these areas, provided it has practical access for set up and pack down — with nearby parking or a short carry distance for our equipment.

Catering is optional and priced separately. You can add it from our catering menu — from beautifully curated grazing platters to elaborate feasts. Prefer to keep it simple? Just select the picnic setup only option when you complete your booking.

Your safety and enjoyment are our priority. If wet weather is forecast, we will work with you to find the most suitable solution.

Weather Reschedules: One complimentary weather-related reschedule is available, subject to availability. Reschedules apply only where rain, hail, thunderstorms or severe weather make it impractical or unsafe to proceed — they will not be granted solely due to cloudy skies, cool temperatures or light wind. Where catering has already been ordered or prepared, the catering component must still be used on the original date unless adequate notice is provided; the picnic setup may then be rescheduled separately, with catering for the new date reordered at the client's expense.

Alternatives: We can relocate your picnic to a suitable undercover venue, private residence or marquee location (subject to approval and applicable travel fees), or issue a gift voucher for the full booking value, valid for 24 months.

Severe Weather: Poppin Picnics reserves the right to postpone, pack down or cease an event where thunderstorms, lightning or high winds make it unsafe to proceed. Umbrellas and equipment may also be removed during high wind conditions for guest and staff safety.

Cancellations (non-weather): 14+ days notice — full refund. 5–14 days — 50% refund. Under 5 days — non-refundable, as your booking reserves our time, staff and inventory.
